KRISTIN MCGRATH, YOGA INSTRUCTOR




Kristin discovered her love for yoga 10 years ago looking for a way to switch up her gym routine. Wanting to deepen her practice, she completed her 200 hr RYT in 2019. Her favorite benefit of yoga is the mind-body connection and the calmness one feels after practice. Kristin’s classes have a concentration on strength and mobility with an upbeat pace that will challenge your body as well as your mind. You can expect a flow of balancing sequences, core work, and strength poses throughout her class.
