KATIE HEER, TRAINER
Originally from DELCO, Katie has been living in Philadelphia since she began at Temple University, where she graduated from in 2015 with a dual degree in economics and psychology.
While in college, Katie took her first group fitness class through the university’s gym and was immediately hooked on the energy and camaraderie the classes provided. She successfully became NASM certified in 2021 and has been teaching group fitness ever since.
A believer of “you’re stronger than you think you are,” Katie’s classes will motivate you to push yourself a little harder, while also offering modifications throughout. She will be your biggest support in and out of the gym, always encouraging her clients to be silly and have fun while putting in the work!
Outside of the gym, Katie works in finance in higher education. When she’s not working, you can find Katie enjoying the outdoors, either hiking, running, biking, or just sitting in the park with a book in hand.
