MYZONE is a next-generation heart rate monitor used to provide you with live, accurate effort feedback. Using heart rate monitors, activity tiles transmit to display in our studio allowing you to not only compete with yourself and reach your goals faster and more accurately, but also partake in fun challenges with other athletes in your class. A downloadable app on your mobile device will give you immediate feedback post class or throughout your day during your daily activities. This feedback will be: calories burned, total effort output and more! REACH YOUR GOALS FASTER with our ZONE classes!

Full Body, Sculpting, Toning

BODYPUMP™ is the ultimate barbell class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast!

Through a breakthrough in resistance workout training, your body will be transformed. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you''ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

BODYPUMP™ is one of the world''s fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.

Our Barre class is an increasingly popular, full- body, extremely effective, low impact, full body workout made up of small isometric movements targeting specific body parts to reshape, tone and define your abs, arms, thighs, legs and seat. This 45 minute class will have your heart rate up, burning calories and unproductive fat in record time, while quickly building lean muscle, strength and reshaping your body from head too toe. The music and your instructor will be motivating you through a sweaty, effective workout modified for your own fitness level.

All levels welcome!

POSSIBLE/ OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT USED:

Ballet Barre/ Body Bars (assist with posture, balance, get deeper into the movements)
Light Hand Weights (assist with arm toning and abdominal exercises)
Bands (assist with intensifying, toning and strengthening)
Small Fitness Balls (assist with toning, intensifying and strengthening)

The invincible match between cardio and strength allows each athlete to work through these workouts at their own pace, while reaching their maximum potential and getting the most results out of their workout. Each class is constructed differently depending on the instructor, BUT every class will NOT differ in the general format: an interval and circuit training system that will have your heart pumping, using techniques such as (but not limited to) timed intervals and tabata style exercises.

The interval training and the weight circuits each athlete will complete will are designed to maximize fat burning, burn more calories and build the muscle and strength you want to reach your personal goals, whether that be gain muscle mass or simply tone it up!

Strength Training. Work those muscles to the max with high intensity, low impact strength movements. All levels welcome and can fit any goal! 
 
MYZONE MONITOR- if you have one, great! You can get your results on your APP. However, no in- class display is present for Strength Training.
