Angela Andrews

Angela didn’t find fitness, fitness found her. In 2010, she decided to get fit by clean eating and strength training. She lost 30 pounds in 4 months and has never looked back. With a renewed sense of purpose, she got certified and began teaching indoor cycling. Her classes were very popular and always filled to capacity, winning her instructor of the quarter with the highest class attendance. During the warmer months, she hosts outdoor bootcamps at the Art Museum.

She currently holds group fitness/bootcamp, SPINNING, and TRX certifications and is CPR/AED certified. She is also studying to become an ACE certified personal trainer to help bring her brand of fitness into a one on one setting at Never Give Up.

With 4 years experience in group fitness, she brings energy, personality, integrity and effective communication to each class. She loves to motivate and is always smiling and welcoming. As she continues to grow and develop as an instructor, she’s always on the lookout for what works and editing out what doesn’t without sacrificing form, functionality and efficacy. Using textbooks, magazines, workshops and websites as ways to expand her knowledge, she also attends fitness conferences to learn and bring new and exciting techniques to her classes.

Angela, a Information Technology pro in Philadelphia is a graduate of Chestnut Hill College and Community College of Philadelphia (BS-Business Communications, AA-Paralegal Studies) and is currently working on her Web Development certificate at The University of the Arts. She spends her free time doing crafting, CrossFit, strength training, power yoga and sprinting (on rubber tracks!)

Angela Andrews is currently not instructing any classes.
